Excuse my English but I have been recommended to join this forum by another forum I am on, TZ-UK.
Unfortunately I have had 2 x Rolex stolen from me in Spain (I live near Alicante). The person who stolen them is a full time con man who lives in Spain and befriends people over a long period of time before the scam. The person in question was my neighbour who agreed a watch deal with me and then cancelled the bank transfer after leaving and has moved on. I didn't realise until I took legal advice he owes a lot of people money in this area.
He is dutch and known for doing similar in his home country I think, he still has ties to Holland and I think the watches might end up in Holland or Spain.
He used the fake name 'Valentino' when I met him but his real name is Abraham Willem Van der Vreede, and his accomplice is a tall dutch man of similar age (50's) called Richard.
