A sigma wide load…
This is an example of the Wide Boy Datejust, a name given by collectors due to the wide nature of the hour markers and hands. This example is extra special as it is a so-called sigma dial, where the sigma markings at the bottom edge of the dial denote that the hour markers are made in 18ct solid white gold. The case is even with nice thick lugs and the engine-turned bezel is still well defined. The solid-link Oyster bracelet, reference 78360, is in excellent condition and has 558b endlinks and a clasp stamped ‘P 3’. The watch has been fully checked and regulated by the watchmaker of Bulang and Sons.
